The 2018 Volvo XC90 T5 is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 250 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. It is available with front or all-wheel drive and paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Volvo expects that it will reach 60 mph in 7.5 seconds in FWD form and 7.9 seconds with AWD. Both times are below average for three-row luxury crossover. EPA fuel economy rating at 25 mpg combined (22 city/29 highway) for FWD and 24 mpg combined (22/28) with AWD.
The 2018 Volvo XC90 get a combination of 2.0-liter supercharged and turbocharged four-cylinder engine that generates 316 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. All-wheel drive is standard as well as eight-speed automatic transmission. In test track, the XC90 T6 went to 60 mph in 6.4 seconds. EPA estimated fuel economy stands at an impressive 23 mpg combined (20 city/27 highway).
