The 2018 Volvo S60 T5 Dynamic and T5 Inscription are powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 240 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive are standard, while all-wheel drive is optional.

An eight-speed automatic is also standard. In track testing, the T6 AWD R-Design hit 60 mph in 5.9 seconds, which is a slower than average time for a small luxury sedan with an upgraded engine.
